By downloading, installing, or using the Dine Karo application or website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

What Dine Karo provides

Dine Karo is a table reservation platform that connects diners with restaurants in Pakistan. We facilitate bookings but are not a party to the dining experience itself. Restaurants are independently operated businesses.

Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will attempt to notify users in advance.

Registration

You must create an account to make reservations. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period.

Making a reservation

When you submit a reservation request, you enter into a booking agreement with the restaurant. Dine Karo acts as an agent and is not responsible for the restaurant's failure to honour the booking.

Deposits

Some restaurants require a refundable deposit to secure a table. Deposit amounts and refund policies are set by individual restaurants and displayed at the time of booking. Dine Karo facilitates deposit collection but is not responsible for disputes regarding deposits.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by restaurant. Please review the specific policy shown during checkout. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may affect your account standing.

No-shows

Repeated no-shows without cancellation may result in restrictions on your ability to make future reservations on the Platform.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. By submitting payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the restaurant's cancellation policy. If a restaurant cancels your booking, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid.

Prohibited behaviour

You agree not to: make fraudulent or speculative reservations, use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, submit false or misleading reviews, attempt to circumvent or exploit the Platform's systems, or harass restaurant staff or other users.

Reviews

You may submit reviews only for restaurants where you have a completed, verified reservation. Reviews must be honest, factual, and not defamatory. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our content guidelines.

Our content

All content on the Platform — including design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Dine Karo and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your content

By submitting reviews or other user-generated content, you grant Dine Karo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform.

Restaurant information

Restaurant details including menus, hours, and availability are provided by restaurants and may not always be accurate. Dine Karo is not responsible for discrepancies between listed and actual information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dine Karo's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
